HAYNES® RELEASES HAYNES® 500 PLUS SPRAY
Chicago, IL USA- Haynes® Manufacturing Company will showcase their complete line of sanitary food-grade lubricants at the Process Expo. The dates of the show are November 9-13, 2008. Co-located with the Pack Expo, the Process Expo will attract an estimated 50,000 attendees from all over the United States and more than 70 countries.

Haynes® Manufacturing Company will introduce a new product to their line of synthetic lubricants. Haynes® 500 Plusgrease will now be available in a convenient aerosol can. Resistant to heat, Haynes® 500 Plus operates well in high-speed bearings by reducing friction and wear on the food processing equipment. This synethic grease has excellent load carrying properties and has an excellent resistance to water washout, steam, chemical attack, and other contaminants. Haynes® 500 Plus is compatible with virtually all elastomers and is ideal in both low and high temperature applications. Common applications include; all types of bearings, ovens, freezers, packings, universal joints, ball joints, plug valves, and pumps.
Haynes® 500 Plus is NSF rated H1, Kosher Certified, and made from ingredients that are FDA approved. This product is odorless, has a smooth texture and has a clear to white color.
Technical data includes a dropping point of 500 degrees F or 260 degrees C (ASTM D2265); four ball wear test 40Kg 1200 RPM 167 degrees F 1 hr, average wear scar diameter 0.50mm (ASTM D4172); water % spray off 96 (ASTM D4049); and water washout @ 175 degrees F of 2.5 % washout (ASTM D1264).
Haynes® 500 Plus is available in 14oz. cartridges, aerosol cans, pails, and drums. Labeling includes multi-language instruction in English and Spanish.
