Fall into a more efficient production line with Haynes® 500

Fall is the time for change: the leaves, the weather, even multipurpose lubricants. This season opt for non-toxic, high temperature grease for your most efficient production line. Perfect for bearings in a wet environment like fruit and vegetable processing, let Haynes® 500 carry the load for you.

The Haynes® 500 is a multipurpose, high temperature, smooth, tacky, white, odorless, tasteless and non-toxic grease compatible with virtually all elastomers. This product is designed specifically to reduce friction and wear on food processors with high temperature/high load bearing applications and can handle extreme pressure qualities and boundary friction. The Haynes® 500 has first-rate resistance to water washout, steam, chemical attack, and other contaminants.

It has excellent load carrying properties and is ideal for high temperature applications. The high drop point extends lubrication intervals and performance in higher temperature applications.

The Haynes® 500 is NSF registered H1 for use in food processing plants for incidental food contact. This white grease is Kosher Certified, Halal Certified, and all ingredients are FDA approved.

Common applications include slide bearings, bakery equipment, bottling equipment, canning equipment, conveyors, pumps, ovens, bearings, packings, plug valves, positive pumps, meat processing equipment, high load bearing equipment, ball joints and universal joints.

The Haynes® 500 is available in a 14 oz. cartridges or 25 lb. pail. Available in bulk upon request. Give us a call at (440) 871-2188 to speak to one of our lubricant specialist and secure your order for the Haynes® 500 and other Haynes® products.
