HAYNES® INTRODUCES LUBRICANTS FOR FIRE HYDRANTS

AKRON, OH USA– Haynes Manufacturing Company will feature their full line of premium lubricants at the Ohio Fire Rescue & EMS Expo.

Founded in 1936 Haynes began manufacturing lubricants and specialty parts to the developing food industry.   Today Haynes is the leading manufacturer of premium food-grade lubricants that are sold through original equipment manufacturers and distributors worldwide in over 110 countries.  We have been serving the water, meat, dairy, brewery, bakery, grocery, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and related industries for over 75 years.  Our products are as diverse as the industries we serve.

Haynes  produces four key lubricants that are extensively used within the water and fire industry; Haynes 500 Plus, Haynes  Silicone Grease, Haynes  Anti-Seize, and Haynes  Lubri-Film.  Our lubricants can be safely used on pumps, valves, o-rings, gaskets, and stainless steel threads.  The greases provide a protective coating on all metal parts.  Corrosion of the metal is minimized because the lubricant is adhering to the work area.  Using sanitary food-grade grease also eliminates the possibility of contamination to the water supply when lubricating fire hydrants and other water supply apparatuses.

Haynes  offers their customers a wide selection of non-toxic lubricants as well as a variety of packaging options; aerosol cans, tubes, pillow packs, cartridges, pails, and drums.   In addition Haynes  offers private labeled packaging made to customer’s specifications.  Haynes lubricants contain no animal or vegetable fats, are absolutely neutral, and will not turn rancid, contaminate or taint when in contact with food product.  They are specifically formulated with the highest quality base oils and additives to meet the unique demands placed on all types of equipment.  Haynes  lubricants are NSF rated H1 & 3H, Kosher Approved, Halal Certified, and formulated from ingredients that are FDA approved.

For over 76 years Haynes has been providing end users with customized solutions to their lubrication needs.  Our dedicated associates provide unmatched customer service and quality lubricants that surpass required standards for the food processing, food-service, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and related industries.
