Haynes® Manufacturing Company will introduce Haynes Lubri-Film Plus 1oz tube in booth #6305. Haynes® Lubri-Film Plus is currently packaged in 7.55cc single-use tubes and 4 oz tubes. Haynes® is introducing the 1oz tube to offer their customers an additional tube size to fit their individual lubrication requirements. Haynes® Lubri-Film Plus is designed specifically for longer lubrication intervals eliminating downtime due to frequent relubrication. The lubricant wears evenly on all moving parts preventing metal-to-metal contact. It will not dry or gum on the equipment, is highly resistant to separation or bleed and cleans off the equipment easily saving time.
The Haynes® Lubri-Film Plus is used in common applications such as: mixers, meat slicers, dispensing units, beverage equipment, locks, graters, pumps, bearings, plug valves, packings and centralized lubrication equipment. This heavy-duty sanitary lubricant with extended performance and low friction properties is NSF rated H1 for incidental food contact and all ingredients are FDA accepted.
This product is a clear food-grade grease that is smooth in texture and packaged in cartons containing 500-1oz tubes per carton. The tube contains instructions in both English and Spanish.
Typical test results show that low temperature torque is 266.177; Viscosity (Saybolt @ 210°F) is 350; four ball wear scar diameter is 0.49 millimeters; co-efficient of friction is .0892; water spray off is 94%; water washout @ 100°F, loss 29.5%; and operating range, minimum –15°F to maximum 210° F.
