What Is Food-Grade Silicone Grease?

At Haynes Manufacturing, we provide a wide variety of food-safe silicone grease options for practically any type of food processing equipment. Our silicone grease is a sanitary grease that complies with all regulatory agencies. Specifically formulated with high-quality silicone fluid and additives, food-grade silicone grease from Haynes is used to meet many unique application demands.

Our premium grease is used to prevent valves and o-rings from sticking in high- and low-temperature conditions. Haynes® Silicone Grease can be effectively used on EPDM seals where grease compatibility is a concern. Replace any petroleum lubricant with Haynes Silicone Grease to eliminate the swelling and softening of seals, gaskets, and o-rings. Not sure what your elastomer material is made of? This inert grease can prevent the breakdown caused by using a non-compliant lubricant. When in doubt use Haynes Silicone Grease.

Other major applications include use with water filters for annual maintenance, and as a dielectric grease to protect connections from moisture.
